About Shipping (NON-USA Customers)

Dear Customers,

We want to ensure you understand how we ship your orders worldwide. Please read the following carefully:

✈️ Shipping Methods

  • Non-battery items: Shipped by airmail with tracking number via Hong Kong Post. http://www.hongkongpost.hk/eng/index.htm 

  • Orders from China & Japan: Some items may ship directly from these locations. 

  • EMS: Available upon request. Please contact us before purchase.

  • Battery & rechargeable items: Shipped only from China via E-Express.

📍 Shipping Address

  • We only ship to your PayPal billing address and the registered billing address on our website.

⏱️ Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 10–21 days after your order is placed.

  • Christmas orders: Please place orders before mid-November each year. Orders placed after mid-November may not arrive before Christmas unless you add Extra Express shipping.

  • Please note: Postal services also observe holiday schedules, so delays may occur.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • All shipments include a tracking number. Please check your package status by email 

  • If a package is returned due to non-collection or refusal, shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers must pay shipping again for resending.

  • Shipping times are beyond our control. If delays occur, please contact your local post office once the package arrives in your country.

  • For battery items: Shipping fees are higher. During free shipping promotions (orders over USD 80), battery items are excluded. If you wish to add small items (stickers, clips, etc.) with battery products, please message us to discuss a cheaper shipping option.
